3. Fill-up the form
4. Complete your profile
5. Take the required exam (readiness test) *there's a hint.
6. Choose your payment method (wire transfer, paypal, debit card)
7. Find Jobs
8. Apply to jobs
9. Accept the Interview

** Interview from employers are mostly done thru chat (skype or yahoo messenger)
